More than 600 thousand Ukrainian families have already used the eMalyatko service

The comprehensive eBaby service has helped more than 600,000 Ukrainian families obtain documents for newborns. The service combines 9 services and reduces the processing time from 30 hours to 42 minutes.
In the four years since the introduction of the eBaby integrated service in Ukraine , more than 600,000 families have used it. The most frequently used eBaby services were in Kyiv Oblast. This was reported by the Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine for Innovation, Development of Education, Science and Technology - Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov, according to UNN.
The service has completely changed the lives of young parents. eBaby is the most convenient way in the world to get your child's first documents without running around institutions and paperwork. In 4 years, 600+ thousand families have already used the service, mostly in Kyiv, Dnipro, Lviv, and Odesa regions
As Fedorov pointed out, the service combines 9 services for one life event - the birth of a child. eBaby saves a lot of time at the most important moments for the family, in numbers:
- instead of 11 institutions - 1 portal
- instead of 30 hours -42 minutes (+1 day for processing)
- Instead of 37 paper forms, there is one application.
Starting in 2025 , the cash compensation for the Baby Package will become a permanent program. Parents will be able to receive payments through any authorized bank, not just PrivatBank.
