The head of the SBU, Vasyl Malyuk, said that currently Russians are not using the Crimean bridge to supply weapons and ammunition, but if they start doing so again, the SBU has the ability to completely destroy the bridge.

Currently, the Russians are not using the Crimean bridge to supply weapons and munitions. When they start to carry their ammunition across it again, the SBU will once again say "hello" to them. This was stated by the head of the SBU Vasyl Malyuk in an interview in a telethon, and added that the SBU has  the potential to destroy the bridge  completely, the correspondent of UNN reports.

Asked whether the Crimean bridge remains a priority target for the SBU, Malyuk replied: "At one time, we had a corresponding task from the President of Ukraine to cut off the enemy's military logistics in that direction. In fact, we conducted two successful operations. Now you must understand that they do not use it to supply weapons, munitions, etc.

He noted that before the successful strikes, 42 to 46 trains carrying weapons and ammunition passed through the bridge per day.

"Today there are 4-5 of them per day. Four of them are passenger traffic, the rest are consumer goods.  That is, the enemy is not using the bridge to supply weapons and munitions at all," Malyuk said.

According to him, the Russians are repairing the bridge.

"At the moment, the supports and the so-called bulls on which they stand are damaged. When they restore them, they may potentially start pulling their ammunition along it again, and then we will say "hello" to them once again. Everything happens in its time, let's not speed things up," Malyuk said.

When asked if there was a potential to destroy it completely, Malyuk replied: "We certainly have the potential.
