The Ukrainian military increases the exchange fund during an operation in the Kursk region of Russia. This strengthens Ukraine's position. This was stated by the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets, who added that he hopes that society will soon see the return of Ukrainian heroes and heroines, UNN reports .
Asked whether the date of the first exchange of the military captured in Kursk region is planned, and whether he has talked to Moskalkova about it, Lubinets replied: “I publicly said that it was indeed the Russian side that first took the initiative to discuss some details. The journalists who first heard this information from me wrote that I had already talked to Moskalkova... In fact, I never disclose details... So the only thing I can publicly confirm is that we are indeed communicating, as we have been.
Lubinets said that thanks to the Ukrainian military, the exchange fund is increasing every day.
Do I see more positive trends now? Yes, indeed, and I attribute this primarily to the events taking place in the Kursk region. It is thanks to our guys and girls who are increasing the exchange rate every day with arms in their hands. This strengthens our position. I really hope that society will see the last stage of our consultations, communications, and negotiations, namely the physical return of our heroes and heroines home
