In Kyiv on July 19, due to damage to the contact network and traffic restrictions on certain sections, public transport is operating with changes. This was reported by the Kyiv City State Administration, reports UNN.

Details

Due to damage to the contact network and traffic restrictions, the operation of trolleybuses No. 6, 16, 18, 19, 23, 28, 31, 33, trams No. 14, 15, 18, and buses No. 2, 9, 50, 112 is delayed.

To ensure transportation along the routes of trams No. 14 and 15, a temporary bus service has been organized:

  • No. 14-T - Otradnyi Avenue - Dehtyarivskyi overpass.

    The routes of trolleybuses have also been changed:

    • No. 19 - Cosmonauts Square - Povitroflotskyi overpass;
      • No. 31 - Myloslavska Street - Dehtyarivskyi overpass;
        • No. 35 - Kadetskyi Hai - Chokolivskyi Boulevard - Vadyma Hetmana Street, then along its own route;
          • No. 6, 18, 28, 33 - to the Pochaina metro station;
            • No. 16, 23 - to the Dorohozhychi metro station.

              Buses operate with the following changes:

              • No. 2 - Vakhtanga Kikabidze Street - Liubomyra Huzara Street - Vadyma Hetmana Street – Shuliavska Street;
                • No. 9 - Vakhtanga Kikabidze Street - Vatslava Havela Boulevard;
                  • No. 50 - Pivnichna Street - Dorohozhychi metro station;
                    • No. 112 - to Ivana Mykytenka Street - Sichovykh Striltsiv Street.

                      The Kyiv City State Administration noted that the movement of public transport is being adjusted according to the operational situation. Passengers are urged to monitor current changes in route operations.

                      Context

                      On the night of July 19, Russian troops carried out another massive attack on the capital with strike drones. The air raid alert in Kyiv lasted more than five hours. According to the Kyiv City Military Administration, air defense forces destroyed more than ten enemy drones. As a result of the attack, damage was recorded in the capital, and emergency services are currently continuing to eliminate the consequences of the strike.
