In Kharkiv region, 410,000 subscribers were disconnected due to network restrictions imposed by the transmission system operator.

Yesterday, due to network constraints on the transmission system operator's lines, outage schedules were applied in Kharkiv region. Today, restrictions continue to be applied - in the morning, outage schedules are in effect in the Kharkiv region, 410 thousand subscribers are without power. This is reported by the Ministry of Energy, UNN writes.

There is no electricity shortage in the integrated power system of Ukraine. Yesterday afternoon, due to the sunny weather and, accordingly, active generation of electricity by SPPs, the transmission system operator limited the production of electricity from renewable sources to a total of 855 MWh. The power system of Ukraine is operating in a stable and balanced manner,

CONSEQUENCES OF SHELLING

A nighttime enemy attack damaged the equipment of a high-voltage substation in the Kharkiv region. A fire broke out, and the State Emergency Service was called in to extinguish it. A high-voltage overhead line was shut down in an emergency and was brought back online. To prevent an emergency, we used emergency outage schedules for consumers.

The shelling also resulted in the disconnection of a high-voltage power line in Kharkiv region, which cut off power to a substation and household consumers. In Sumy region, a substation was cut off during the shelling, and household consumers were cut off (all were powered by a backup scheme).

NETWORK STATUS

Yesterday, one of the high-voltage overhead lines in Donetsk region was disconnected. The power output of the power generating company connected to it was briefly reduced. The cause of the outage is being investigated. This morning, high-voltage overhead lines were out of service in Dnipropetrovska and Mykolaivska oblasts. Both lines are back online.

SITUATION ON THE WEST COAST

Yesterday, power engineers repaired and put into operation the 330 kV overhead line Zaporizhzhia TPP-Ferrosplavna, which is a backup power source for the temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhia NPP. It was damaged during an enemy shelling on April 4. Currently, the plant is powered by both overhead lines - the main 750 kV Zaporizhzhia NPP-Dniprovska and the backup 330 kV Zaporizhzhia TPP-Ferroplavna.

IMPORT/EXPORT

For the current day, electricity imports are forecasted at 1179 MWh. Exports are also expected in small volumes - 115 MWh.
