Ideological Noose: Occupiers in Luhansk Region Create Council to Control People's Worldview - CCD
Kyiv • UNN
In the Luhansk region, the occupiers have created a council to promote propaganda and control worldviews. The commissions include Russian military personnel and local collaborators.

In the temporarily occupied territory of the Luhansk region, the invaders have created a "council for the protection of traditional values, culture, and historical memory." This is reported by the Center for Countering Disinformation of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (CCD), as relayed by UNN.
Details
It is noted that seven special commissions have already been formed within this structure. The occupiers have included local collaborators, Russian officials, and military personnel in their composition.
The absurdity of the situation lies in the fact that the carriers of "traditional values" and "moral compasses" are designated Russian military personnel — representatives of an army of looters, rapists, and murderers who brought destruction and death to Ukrainian land
It is indicated that the "preservation of historical memory" mentioned by the propagandists is, in practice, merely the promotion of Kremlin propaganda and the imposition of a version of the past distorted by Moscow.
"The creation of such 'commissions' indicates that the occupation authorities are moving toward more systematic and aggressive methods of influencing people's worldviews in the TOT (temporarily occupied territories). In this way, the Kremlin is trying to force people to be loyal to the occupiers and to promote hatred toward Ukraine through lies and manipulation," the CCD concludes.
Recall
According to Gediminas Navickas, Deputy Head of the EU Delegation to Ukraine, this year alone, the Russian Federation allocated 1.5 billion euros for the information war against Ukraine.
