The state is launching a personnel training project through grants and compensation to employers. The maximum amount of support will be up to 30,000 hryvnias per person.

The government is launching an experimental project that strengthens the link between vocational training and specific employer demand. This was stated by Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko, writes UNN.
Its goal is to help enterprises in the defense industry and other priority sectors train the necessary specialists faster, according to their request.
The government is strengthening the link between state support and specific employer demand and provides for two forms of support: a grant for individuals and compensation for employers who invest in personnel training.
In 2026, state support will amount to up to UAH 30,000 for obtaining a full professional qualification and up to UAH 15,000 for a partial one. The same maximum amounts will apply to compensation for employers' expenses for employee training.
As Svyrydenko reported, the program is financed by the Social Insurance Fund in case of unemployment.
