On December 1, at 21: 32 in the Shevchenko District of the capital, a fire broke out in a four-storey apartment-type cottage. The fire occurred on the first floor of the building. 

While extinguishing the fire, firefighters rescued 11 people. Among them is a child who was evacuated by emergency workers through a fourth-floor window. One of the rescued people was injured and needed medical attention. 

The fire was localized and eliminated within 19 minutes – at 21:51. now the causes of the fire are being investigated by law enforcement officers.
