The explosions occurred in Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhia during an air raid alert and a ballistic missile threat.
The sounds of explosions were heard today in Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhia, UNN reports with reference to Suspilne.

An air alert has been declared in the eastern, central and southern regions.
Prior to the explosions in Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhia, the Air Force warned of a ballistic threat.
"The threat of using ballistic weapons from the southern and northeastern directions in the areas where air alert has been declared," the Ukrainian Air Force said in a statement on social media.
