The EU emphasized its commitment to continue supporting Ukraine's energy sector by providing essential energy goods and equipment, promoting energy efficiency and accelerating the deployment of renewable energy sources.
The European Union has emphasized its determination to continue to support Ukraine's energy sector, including through the delivery of necessary energy goods and equipment, as well as promoting energy efficiency and accelerating the introduction of renewable energy sources. This is stated in a joint press release following the 9th meeting of the EU-Ukraine Association Council, UNN reports with reference to the Government Portal.

It is reported that the Association Council noted that Ukraine has fulfilled all the technical requirements to complete the process of synchronization of the Ukrainian and European power systems and to become a full member of ENTSO-E.
The EU emphasized its determination to continue supporting Ukraine's energy sector, including through the delivery of essential energy supplies, equipment and emergency assistance, as well as facilitating cross-border electricity trade, improving energy efficiency and accelerating the introduction of renewable energy sources. The EU will continue its humanitarian and civil protection assistance to Ukraine.
In addition, the Association Council welcomed Ukraine's interest in participating in EU policy, as well as the signing of the Health Cooperation Agreement between the European Commission and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
