Brovary successfully operates a unique diving rehabilitation program that combines physical recovery with psychological support. The project, which has already attracted public attention, was an important step in helping the military and their families affected by the war. According to the organizers, the program is gaining popularity, and there are more and more people who want to join, writes UNN.
Diving rehabilitation is more than just an underwater workout. Classes are conducted in a playful way, which helps participants relax, creates a friendly atmosphere and increases motivation. Trainers pay special attention to amputee veterans, adapting the program to their needs.
"Trainers and instructors under water together with the children do various exercises to improve mobility and, thus, these classes are more interactive than usual," said the organizer of the project Tatyana Gordienko in an exclusive comment UNN.
According to her, today two groups have already been formed, one of which includes spouses of veterans from Kherson. For this family, the program was not only an opportunity for physical recovery, but also an opportunity to find emotional support in a friendly community.
"Participants are looking forward to the next classes with pleasure. They have already become a part of their lives," adds Gordienko.
At the same time, she added that now the diving rehabilitation program is of great interest, and therefore the program will be expanded. "The rehabilitation program has been very active, two groups have recently been formed, and we plan to form more later, as there are already those who want to," Gordienko said.
Diving is not only suitable for improving mobility, but also helps reduce stress levels and restore self-confidence. Game elements contribute to better adaptation and increase the level of interaction between participants.
"Diving rehabilitation using game moments is an innovative approach to restoring physical and psychological condition, combining training with Entertainment, which contributes to faster achievement of results. This format of classes allows you to create a friendly atmosphere, reduce stress levels and increase the motivation of participants," Gordienko said.
Despite the success of the program, the organizers are still focused on achieving their goals. "We don't plan any holiday dives for New Year's or Christmas. But we continue to work on schedule to help our veterans as much as possible," Gordienko said.
It is worth noting that diving rehabilitation in Brovary is an example of an innovative approach to social support. The project demonstrates how important it is to combine physical recovery with psychological rehabilitation. This format not only helps veterans return to active life, but also reminds them of the value of community support for everyone who defended our country.
