Ukraine has technically agreed on all conditions for the evacuation of civilians from the Oleshky district in the Kherson region and surrounding settlements. This was stated by the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, Dmytro Lubinets, during a conversation with Ukrainian media, UNN reports.

According to Lubinets, approximately six thousand Ukrainian citizens, including about 200 children, are currently surviving in Oleshky and the surrounding settlements.

"We held negotiations on May 15. This concerns not only the evacuation from Oleshky. We named several settlements—effectively those around Oleshky. As of today, we have technically discussed all issues. We are waiting for a date from the Russian side for when the ceasefire process will be launched and the physical evacuation will begin,"
