The state logistics operator has signed contracts worth UAH 45.2 million for catering services for cadets of military institutes of the National Aviation University and Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv for the second quarter of 2024, with savings of 24% and 23% compared to pre-war prices.

"The State Logistics Operator has signed contracts for the purchase of catering services for cadets of military institutes of the National Aviation University (NAU) and Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv for the second quarter. This is reported by UNN with reference to the press service of the DOT.

Services for the purchase of food packages and their preparation will cost UAH 45.2 million

"The contracts will include services for the preparation and purchase of meals in sets.

The amount of the contracts concluded with the National Academy of Sciences is UAH 4.4 million, and with the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv - UAH 40.8 million for the second quarter of 2024. The cost of the kit is UAH 115.5 and UAH 116.1, respectively. The savings compared to the prices before the DOT are 24% and 23%," the statement said.

Recall

In the first three months of 2024, the State Logistics Operator signed 155 contracts for the supply of various goods to the Armed Forces for a total of UAH 23.8 billion.

The contracts were signed in three areas:

- food products - 29 contracts for UAH 9.4 billion;

- fuel and lubricants - 33 contracts for UAH 7.4 billion;

- real property - 93 contracts for UAH 7 billion.

Savings in the first quarter amounted to UAH 3 billion compared to prices before the start of the DOT. The Armed Forces have already received 37% of the total volume of goods purchased.
