The investigating judge decided to partially satisfy the motion, to apply to the suspect Oleksandr Valeriyovych Hale a measure of restraint in the form of detention. The official of the Ministry of Energy and his three accomplices were detained red-handed. Their actions are classified as a crime under Part 4 Article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
In this regard , the Cabinet of Ministers dismissed Oleksandr Hale from the post of Deputy Minister of Energy of Ukraine.
