The governor of Kursk region announced the mandatory evacuation of the village of Glushkovo. More than 8,000 people have already been evacuated from the border areas of the region and placed in 143 temporary accommodation centers in 11 regions of the Russian Federation.
The Russian Federation has announced the mandatory evacuation of the village of Glushkovo in the Kursk region. This was announced by the Governor of the Kursk region Alexei Smirnov, reports UNN.
"The regional operations center has decided to evacuate the village of Glushkovo. The departure of local residents will be coordinated by law enforcement agencies, the military, the local administration and vigilantes of the Kursk Patriot Center. I ask everyone to follow the recommendations," Smirnov wrote on Telegram.

According to the Astra Telegram channel, more than 8,000 people have been evacuated from the Kursk region to temporary accommodation centers.
They are distributed in 143 temporary accommodation centers (TACs) in 11 regions of the country, the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
Over 300 people have been evacuated from the border areas in 24 hours. More than 450 other TACs are ready to accommodate 35,000 people.
