A woman filmed a video during the air raid at the Kyiv railway station, mocking people in the shelter and praising the aggressor. The prosecutor's office served her with a notice of suspicion for justifying russia's armed aggression.

Prosecutors have served a notice of suspicion to a pro-russian blogger who, on October 7 in Kyiv, mocked Ukrainians heading for shelters and praised russian shelling during an air raid. This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General, according to UNN.

Under the procedural supervision of the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office, a resident of Odesa region was served a notice of suspicion of justifying and denying the armed aggression of russia against Ukraine, which began in 2014, committed repeatedly (Part 2, 3 Art. 436-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)

It is noted that in October 2024, while at the Kyiv railway station during an air raid, the woman published a video containing statements justifying the actions of the russian federation.

Also, according to the investigation, a native of Donetsk region, using her own account on the social network Tik Tok, distributed materials in support of the aggressor state.

In addition, it was established that last year the woman posted a video accompanied by music and the lyrics "russia is my mother", and she drew a map of the so-called "ldnr" on her face.

The forensic linguistic examination confirmed that the suspect's statements in the published videos contain denials of russia's armed aggression against Ukraine, which began in 2014, and glorify the perpetrators of armed aggression against Ukraine and justify the temporary occupation of part of Ukraine's territory
