The 81-year-old president was photographed biting the leg of a toddler in a turkey costume, the finger of a child in an ice cream cone costume, and biting another baby in a blue dress.
Biden, known for his playful interactions with children at public events, also pretended to be frightened by the spooky costumes of his young guests, along with his wife Jill, who was dressed as a full-length panda.
