Belgium will transfer 4 F-16 fighters to Ukraine within two years

Belgian Prime Minister Bart de Wever stated that his country will transfer 2 F-16 aircraft to Ukraine this year, which will be used as spare parts, and two more aircraft next year. De Wever announced this at a joint press conference with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Kyiv, reports UNN.

We promised to become the largest supplier of F-16s to Ukraine. We will keep our word. 2 F-16s for spare parts will arrive this year, two aircraft will arrive next year. We very much hope that there will be more, but we are waiting for the F-35. There are no delays on our part. As soon as we receive the F-35, Ukraine can immediately receive the F-16
