Russian missile strikes on Kyiv, including on a children's hospital, residential buildings and medical facilities, caused casualties and destruction in many parts of the capital.

The attack was massive, combined with the use of aerial, ballistic and cruise missiles. The missiles flew at the capital in waves and from different directions. Air defense forces and means destroyed about a dozen enemy targets
