Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced a lag behind plans in the implementation of resilience plans and preparation for the heating season in Kyiv and three regions, writes UNN.

I am grateful to everyone who ensures the protection and increase of generation. We also count on new agreements with our partners regarding the supply of equipment for energy facilities – this should be achieved this week," Zelenskyy wrote on social media.
According to him, they discussed in detail with the Prime Minister the state of implementation of resilience plans for our regions and major cities.
"In total, 368 facilities are already in operation – this primarily concerns the renewal of protection. Unfortunately, we see some regions lagging behind the schedule that was set for a specific result before the start of the new heating season. There are questions about the work in Lviv, Volyn, Odesa regions and in Kyiv," Zelenskyy pointed out.
As the President noted, "we agreed with the Prime Minister to return to the format of selector meetings with the participation of all necessary government officials, heads of regions and communities, law enforcement officers and military command responsible for covering facilities." "The nationwide task is to fully implement the approved resilience plans within the specified timeframe. This is the protection of people, and responsibility for this will be personal in each region," Zelenskyy emphasized.
