The United States Treasury Department has imposed sanctions on 275 people and companies from 14 countries that, among other things, transfer advanced technologies to the Russian army. Today, the U.S. Treasury Department imposed sanctions on 275 individuals and entities involved in supplying Russia with advanced technology and equipment that it desperately needs to maintain its military machine. Today's actions target both individuals and extensive sanctions evasion networks in 17 jurisdictions, including India, the People's Republic of China (PRC), Switzerland, Thailand, and Turkey
According to the list, the sanctions include, in particular, the deputies of the Russian Defense Ministry Anna Tsivilova, Pavel Fradkov, Alexander Fomin, Viktor Goremykin and Andrey Bulyga.
Restrictions are also being imposed on the head of Transmashholding JSC, Kirill Lipa, a subsidiary of Rosatom JSC Rosatom Infrastructure Solutions, Zvezda Research and Production Enterprise, Angstrem JSC, and tire manufacturer Cordiant.
