According to him, Umerov leads the delegation. The head of the Main Intelligence Directorate, Kyrylo Budanov, is part of the delegation and participates in the negotiations.

On Friday, November 28, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a decree on changes to the composition of the delegation for negotiations between Ukraine and the United States, according to which Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Rustem Umerov headed the delegation instead of the dismissed head of the President's Office Andriy Yermak.
