Ukraine expects the next tranche of direct budget support from the EU on Thursday, November 13. This concerns €4.1 billion under ERA loans and €1.9 billion under the Ukraine Facility. This was reported by MP and Chairwoman of the Budget Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Roksolana Pidlasa on Facebook, as reported by UNN.

"€6 billion—we expect another tranche from the EU tomorrow. Today, we spoke with a delegation from EC FIN (the European Commission directorate responsible for ERA loans and the \"reparations loan\"—Stefani Pamis, Hugo Ferradans Ramonde, and colleagues from the EU Delegation. The good news is that we expect the next tranche of direct budget support to arrive as planned, approximately on Thursday. This concerns €4.1 billion under ERA loans and €1.9 billion under the Ukraine Facility. Accordingly, there are no risks regarding the financing of military and social and humanitarian expenditures," Pidlasa wrote.
According to her, work on the \"reparations loan\" is ongoing, but a political decision by the European Council—that is, by all EU member states—is required.
I once again emphasized that the need for new assistance from the EU will arise as early as the end of the first quarter of 2026, primarily to finance non-military expenditures.
