Ukraine was placed in the fourth, highest-ranked pot of teams before the draw for the Euro 2026 qualifiers.
If our team manages to take the first place in the quartet, we will get a direct ticket to Lithuania and Latvia, where the European Championship 2026 will take place.
If direct qualification is not possible, it will be necessary to be among the eight best teams that finished second. Then a play-off will be played, after which only the 4 best national teams will get a pass to the EURO.
It is noted that the hosts of the tournament - Latvia and Lithuania - automatically receive tickets to Euro 2026. Some teams started in the preliminary round, others - directly in the main one.

Main round: December 9-18, 2024, January 27 - February 5, 2025, March 3-12, 2025, April 7-16, 2025.
Play-off draw: May 15, 2025.
Play-off: September 15-24, 2025.
Final stage: between January 18 and February 8, 2026.
