The Head of State noted that in times of war, there are things that are absolutely non-public, which the Service must provide promptly and efficiently.

"This is the potential of influence measures, intelligence work and actual military activity that Ukraine expects from you, and this is why the Foreign Intelligence Service is headed by a combat general," Zelensky added.

The President also thanked Oleksandr Lytvynenko for his work as the Head of the Foreign Intelligence Service.

Recall

On March 26, Volodymyr Zelenskyy dismissed Oleksiy Danilov from the post of Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council and immediately appointed Oleksandr Lytvynenko to replace him.

At the same time, Oleh Ivashchenko was appointed instead of Lytvynenko, who headed the Foreign Intelligence Service.
