Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha stated that Ukraine is doing everything possible to accelerate the acquisition of licenses for defense production with partners. He emphasized the difficult situation with anti-ballistic missiles, noting that Ukraine is fighting for every missile.

Ukraine continues to accelerate as much as possible the acquisition of licenses for defense production facilities with its partners. One of the main priorities remains strengthening anti-ballistic capabilities and supplying the country with the relevant missiles. Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said this during a briefing, reports UNN.
If we look at it bureaucratically, what we do in Ukraine in a month takes years in some European countries. And our partners understand this. And it is beneficial for them, because locating production in Ukraine means direct access to testing these products on the battlefield, and that is a huge advantage. This is also a Ukrainian asset—our experience, our feedback from the battlefield
The official also said that some partners had already provided the necessary licenses.
We will continue to accelerate the acquisition of licenses as much as possible. We have already obtained these licenses from some partners and established certain production facilities. This is a sensitive area, and it would be wrong to say which ones. I think the enemy will see this on the battlefield and feel it
At the same time, according to him, the situation with anti-ballistic missiles in Ukraine remains difficult for now.
The most important thing is developing or expanding anti-ballistic capabilities. That is true. Unfortunately, this is the kind of world and these are the geopolitical realities: the American side can produce about 600 PAC-3 missiles a year. And given the situation in the Middle East, we understand how difficult it is for us now to obtain, purchase, exchange for, and acquire these missiles. We are literally fighting for every missile, and today the President will hold additional meetings on this matter. Every ambassador works daily to obtain missiles. Especially anti-ballistic ones
