The Verkhovna Rada adopted two draft laws on the postponement of conscription for civilians who have been captured. Also, those whose non-family members were killed or went missing during the fighting will be eligible for exemption.
The Verkhovna Rada has adopted two draft laws on draft deferment. According to the documents, civilians who have been captured are granted the right to deferment, as well as the right to exemption for those whose non-family members were killed or went missing while participating in hostilities. The Verkhovna Rada adopted draft law #12104 to eliminate legal uncertainty regarding the grounds for granting deferment from military service during mobilization to those whose close relatives were killed or went missing. In total - 304
He also said that the Rada adopted draft law No. 11531 on ensuring equal rights and opportunities for servicewomen on an equal footing with men who are entitled to a postponement of military service during mobilization in terms of the right to be discharged from military service due to the death or disappearance of their half-brother or sister in combat. The document was voted for by 308 MPs.
