Details
The artist Volodymyr Taran created a postal block, envelopes, and a stamp called "The First Day" depicting the destroyed building of the Okhtyrka City Council after an enemy attack.
The city that survived the most intense moments. A city that stood in the way of a ruthless enemy to prevent his advance. A city that is slowly recovering, thanks to the love and faith of its people
The stamp has a circulation of 1,080,000 copies.
According to Igor Smelyansky, director of Ukrposhta, this stamp is included in the subscription, and subscribers will be notified of the opportunity to purchase a variety of products, including exclusive ones, by 12:00 today.
Okhtyrka is undoubtedly another incredible city that will be included in the "Cities of Heroes" stamp series! It has already received an honorary award from the President, and now it will have its own award and honor from Ukrposhta. On March 27, we will present this stamp officially, and, of course, in Okhtyrka itself, and today we are opening pre-orders
