Until September 10, 2024, Ukrainians in Switzerland will be able to donate DNA samples to search for their missing relatives due to the war. The International Commission on Missing Persons will conduct a campaign to collect samples.
Until September 10, 2024, Ukrainians in Switzerland will be able to submit DNA samples to search for missing relatives as a result of the war. This is reported by the Department for Persons Missing in Special Circumstances of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, UNN reports .
In cooperation with the Main Investigation Department of the National Police of Ukraine and the Secretariat of the Commissioner for Persons Missing in Special Circumstances, the International Commission on Missing Persons (ICMP) plans to conduct a campaign to collect reference (DNA) samples in Switzerland in September 2024,

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, if a citizen's family has a person who went missing in connection with the military aggression of the Russian Federation in Ukraine, the person can provide his or her reference (DNA) samples to the ICBL.
