"More than 245,000 times Ukrainians have used the service of replacing a driver's license through Diia," the Interior Ministry said on social media.
As noted, the service is needed by drivers whose first license has expired within two years. It is also for those who have lost or damaged their driver's license, want to change their personal data, or get a plastic license.
The service can also be obtained through the driver's electronic cabinet and at the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. You can order a plastic license by courier or receive it at a Ukrposhta branch or service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
