Ukrainian medical companies generated UAH 14.6 billion in revenue in 2024 – 37% more than in 2023

The total revenue of the ten largest medical companies in Ukraine in 2024 amounted to UAH 14.59 billion, which is 37% more than last year. The leader is Dobrobut, with a revenue of UAH 3.34 billion.

UAH 14.59 billion was the total revenue of the top ten healthcare companies. The earnings of businesses from the top 10 of the Opendatabot Index 2025 increased by 36.7% compared to 2023. The rating included 4 networks of medical centers and 6 networks of diagnostic laboratories.
The Dobrobut Medical Center continues to hold the leadership, becoming the largest player in private medicine. Last year, its revenue amounted to UAH 3.34 billion, which is a quarter of the revenue of all companies in the top 10.
DILA Medical Laboratory ranks second with a revenue of UAH 2.75 billion, which is 35% more than in 2023. At the same time, the company became the most profitable among the leaders with a net profit of UAH 137.5 million. The company actively invests in social initiatives and pays significant taxes.
The top three is closed by the Synevo Ukraine laboratory network, owned by the Swedish holding company Medicover. Last year, the company's revenue amounted to UAH 2.35 billion - 22% more than in 2023. At the same time, the company suffered losses of UAH 77.8 million, although in 2023 it had a profit of UAH 40.6 million.
In addition, the Medicover group is represented in the ranking by another company — Synevo East. Its revenue in 2024 increased by 25% — to UAH 795.8 million, and profit remained at UAH 130 million. In total, the two companies of the Medicover holding earned UAH 3.14 billion.
The Eskulab laboratory network showed the largest revenue growth, increasing it by 1.7 times to UAH 942.4 million. This allowed the company to rise from 10th to 6th place in the Index.
Also, the Smartlab laboratory network consistently increases its revenue year after year. Over the year, the company's revenue grew by 38% and reached UAH 1.17 billion.
However, profitability still remains significantly lower than before the full-scale invasion. If at that time the company had UAH 144 million in profit, in 2024 it had only UAH 27.7 million.

There are also companies that entered the Opendatabot Index for the first time. For example, the "Mother and Child" clinic network. In 2024, its revenue increased by 28% (to UAH 627.2 million), and profit remained stable (UAH 36 million).
However, the "Odrex" medical house is steadily growing, increasing its revenue by 36% to UAH 1.1 billion, which allowed it to enter the top five best medical companies. The company's profit amounted to UAH 130.2 million, which is 1.5 times more than in 2023.
The 2025 Index also includes the following companies:
- CSD LAB laboratory network: UAH 857.8 million in revenue (+46% per year) and UAH 44.9 million in profit;
- Medix-Ray International Group (Lisod, oncology clinic): UAH 659.9 million in revenue (+18% per year) and UAH 39 million in profit.
