The head of the "Polish-Ukrainian Reconciliation" society, Karolina Romanovska, announced that Ukraine has agreed to conduct search operations for Polish victims of the Volhynia tragedy in the village of Ugly, Rivne region. This is reported by UNN with reference to Romanovska's page on the social network X (Twitter).

Yes, that's right. There is an agreement to conduct searches in Ugly. I informed the Polish side about this and asked for representation from the Institute of National Remembrance and support from the Ministry of Culture. This is an important step towards memory and reconciliation.
