According to the Greek fire service, a search and rescue operation is underway in the Psati area.
It is currently known that the crew members of one of the helicopters who were injured in the crash have been found and are safe, a government representative told Reuters.
He added that the other helicopter has been found, but a search and rescue operation is ongoing to locate those who were on board.
