The law enforcement officers who solved the murder of Irina Farion were awarded. The Interior Minister thanked them for thwarting an attempt to destabilize society and preventing political hate crimes.

Representatives of the National Police  who solved the murder of Iryna Farion were mentioned. The police officers who solved the murder of Iryna Farion were honored: heads of individual units, criminal investigation operatives, investigators, criminal analysis officers, criminologists, district police officers and other police services in Lviv were recognized.

For their diligent and painstaking work in solving this particularly serious crime, the police officers were awarded with award weapons, badges “For the Safety of the People”, “For Distinction in Service”, “Badge of Honor”, and regular and extraordinary special titles.

In fact, you thwarted an attempt to destabilize our society and prevented the plans of people who planned hate crimes from coming to fruition. A tremendous amount of work has been done, and I thank each of you for your service, for such a good result - those who combed the forest, interviewed people, reviewed tens of terabytes of information, conducted analysis and otherwise were involved in solving this murder

Ivan Vyhivskyi, head of the National Police of Ukraine, also said that solving the murder of Iryna Farion was the result of “the joint high-quality work of several hundred law enforcement officers.
