As a result of a massive overnight attack by Russian troops on Kyiv, three people were killed and 35 others were injured, including three children. This was reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, according to UNN.

The most serious consequences were recorded in the Podilskyi district, where an enemy strike hit a nine-story residential building. As a result of the hit, the upper floors were partially destroyed; people may be trapped under the rubble. The rescue operation is ongoing. Also in the district, vehicle fires occurred, a fire broke out in an educational institution building, and a fire started on the territory of a communal enterprise.
Damage and fires were also recorded in other districts of the capital. In the Holosiivskyi district, retail facilities, office premises, kiosks (MAFs), and a business center were damaged, and numerous fires broke out.
In the Solomianskyi district, residential buildings and a private sector area were on fire; rescuers extricated a man. In the Darnytskyi district, a fire occurred on the territory of a gas station, and in the Obolonskyi district, a construction shack caught fire at a building site.
In the Sviatoshynskyi district, the facade and windows of a residential building and the roof of a nine-story building were damaged. In the Shevchenkivskyi district, the facade and roof of a residential building sustained damage, and in the Pecherskyi district, minor damage was recorded on the territory of an unfinished construction site. Rescuers, law enforcement officers, and other specialized services are working on the scene. Information regarding the consequences of the attack is being clarified.
