There were 196 combat engagements, and the enemy launched more than 7,000 drones — the General Staff on the situation at the front

Overall, since the beginning of this day, 196 combat engagements have taken place at the front. The enemy launched more than 7,000 drones and dropped 194 guided aerial bombs, and was particularly active in the Kostiantynivka, Pokrovsk, and Lyman directions, UNN reports, citing the General Staff’s situation report.

The aggressor carried out 62 airstrikes using 194 guided aerial bombs, deployed 7,032 kamikaze drones for attacks, and carried out 2,338 shelling attacks on the positions of our troops and populated areas 

In the North Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, three combat engagements have taken place since the beginning of the day; the enemy carried out one airstrike, dropped one aerial bomb, and shelled the positions of our troops and populated areas 77 times.

During the day, in the South Slobozhanskyi direction, the enemy stormed the positions of our units four times toward Okhrimivka. One combat engagement is still ongoing.

In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy carried out 11 assault actions toward Radkivka and Kupiansk. 

The invaders’ twelve attempts to advance were repelled in the Lyman direction toward the populated areas of Stepove, Chervonyi Stav, Druzheliubivka, Novyi Myr, Drobysheve, Lyman, and Novoselivka. Four attacks are still ongoing.

In the Sloviansk direction, the Defense Forces halted four attempts by the invaders to advance near the populated areas of Ozerne, Kryva Luka, and Zakitne. One combat engagement is ongoing.

In the Kramatorsk direction, the Russian invaders carried out one offensive action toward Yurkivka.

In the Kostiantynivka direction, the Defense Forces repelled 22 enemy assaults near the populated areas of Kostiantynivka, Illinivka, Toretske, and Sofiivka, and toward the populated areas of Stepanivka, Pavlivka, and Vilne. 

The enemy carried out fourteen attacks in the Pokrovsk direction. The occupiers attempted to advance toward the populated areas of Bilytske, Novyi Donbas, Svitle, Serhiivka, and Novopavlivka, and near the populated areas of Dorozhnie and Udachne. One combat engagement is still ongoing.

According to preliminary estimates, 32 occupiers were killed here today and 18 wounded; six vehicles, two artillery systems, three pieces of special equipment, three ammunition depots, and 30 shelters for enemy personnel were destroyed. Three vehicles, five guns, one piece of special equipment, three UAV control posts, and 72 shelters for enemy personnel were damaged. A total of 329 unmanned aerial vehicles of various types were destroyed or suppressed.

In the Oleksandrivka direction, no enemy offensive actions were recorded.

In the Huliaipole direction, the Defense Forces repelled six enemy attacks toward the populated areas of Verkhniа Tersa and Staroukrainka, and near the populated areas of Zaliznychne and Tsvitkove.

In the Orikhiv direction, our defenders halted one attempt by the enemy to advance toward Pavlivka. 

In the Dnipro direction, the enemy conducted no offensive actions.

No significant changes in the situation occurred in the other directions, the General Staff concluded.
