It is noted that law enforcement officers are helping local residents around the clock, evacuating them from the most remote villages.
The images published by the Ministry of Internal Affairs show destroyed and damaged houses and shell holes.

Today, as a result of Russia's missile attack on Ukraine's power grid facilities, emergency blackout schedules were temporarily introduced in Sumy region in a number of districts.
