Obviously, we have seen Russian interference in various countries in this region (West Africa - ed.). In terms of relations with Ukraine, we always believe that diplomatic relations are important, and that it's good for countries to talk to each other and to be able to resolve disputes and problems that they have - that's why diplomacy is important
According to him, the United States has seen Russia's destabilizing presence in Africa over the past few years, as well as the Wagner Group.
And we have noticed that every time Russia or the Wagner PMC comes to West Africa, to other countries, we see that they sow chaos and instability in their path
