According to Moskalkova, thousands of civilians were allegedly injured as a result of the "barbaric attack" on the Kursk region by the Ukrainian armed forces.
"I have sent an appeal to the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights demanding to condemn terrorism on the part of Ukraine and take measures to prevent gross mass violations of human rights," Moskalkova wrote on Telegram.
In addition, the Russian Ombudsman hopes that their information will also be reflected in the UN OHCHR report on human rights violations, which is being prepared for release in September.
At the same time, Moskalkova did not mention the results of Russian aggression in Ukraine and the thousands of victims among Ukrainians.
