Hailey Bieber shared her workout routine almost three months after the birth of her son with husband Justin Bieber. On November 22, Hailey celebrated her 28th birthday by visiting the gym with fitness trainer Kirsty Godson, whose clients also include Olivia Rodrigo and Kaia Gerber.

In a video posted to Instagram Stories, Hailey - wearing a black long-sleeved crop top and shorts - used a resistance band and ankle weights while performing leg lifts on a yoga mat. For this exercise, she also engaged her abs by placing one hand on a balance ball.

Meanwhile, in the second photo, the model gives a thumbs up. In the caption, she wrote: "bday burn".

Hailey Bieber spent the first weeks after the birth of her son at home, enjoying quiet evenings and watching movies such as "The Land Before Time began." In  September, during their wedding anniversary celebration, the couple spent a cozy evening in a homely atmosphere.
