The Center for Countering Disinformation (CPD) calls Russian provocations in the airspace of the Baltic countries information noise aimed at intimidation. The enemy does not have the forces for a full-scale conflict in the region until 2028.
Russia's hybrid provocations in the airspace of the Baltic countries are informational in nature and aimed at intimidating society. At the same time, Russia does not have the resources for a full-scale war in the region until at least 2028.
