Ukraine's Defense Forces struck the "Kamensky" plant in Russia's Rostov Region. A fire was recorded at the facility; the damage is being assessed.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed that the Russian defense industry enterprise "Kamensky Combine" in Russia’s Rostov region was struck, UNN reports.
On the night of August 24, 2026, units of Ukraine’s Defense Forces struck the federal state-owned enterprise "Kamensky Combine" in Kamensk-Shakhtinsky, Rostov region, Russia. A fire was recorded on the premises
"Kamensky Combine" is an enterprise of Russia’s military-industrial complex that produces solid rocket fuel for Uragan, Smerch, and Tornado-S multiple-launch rocket system munitions, as well as for a number of missile systems and aerial weapons.
The extent of the damage is being clarified.
"Operations against key enemy targets continue," the General Staff emphasized.
