The Duma decided to “breathe life” into the Yermolino plant. The main thing is not to end up like Medvedchuk's yacht

ARMA has started searching for a manager for the Yermolino plant. However, the agency's previous experience, in particular with Medvedchuk's yacht, raises doubts about the effectiveness of asset management.
The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has announced the search for a manager for the Yermolino frozen meat production complex, UNN reports.
"The Agency is ready to breathe new life into the Yermolino TM plant: the search for a manager has begun," reads ARMA's announcement.
At the same time, the Agency recalled that the complex, with a total area of 4654.8 square meters located in the Dnipro region, was transferred to their management by the decision of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv. However, the ARMA decided to keep modestly silent about the fact that they received the grandiose asset on January 5, 2023. However, they did not forget to emphasize that with high-quality management, the plant "will be able to provide the region with food and up to a thousand jobs, and the state with stable budget revenues.
Therefore, it is not surprising that during the year, ARMA under the leadership of Olena Duma "professionally" managed up to 300 tons of expired products and raw materials in the warehouses of the complex, which need to be utilized.
So whether Duma will succeed in "breathing new life" into Yermolino and give it hope for a brighter future is an open question. After all, there are already examples of "successful" management and sale of assets by the new ARMA leadership. The situation with former MP Viktor Medvedchuk's yacht is a case in point: not only did ARMA fail to sell it in two years, but the state almost lost it due to the Duma's unprofessionalism .
In particular, it has recently become known that ARMA will not be able to sell Medvedchuk's yacht. This situation has arisen, in particular, because the Duma allowed delays in this process and ARMA started selling the Royal Romance yacht only on March 20, 2024, almost 2 years after the arrest. Given such actions of the Agency, should we exclude that the Duma may be interested in helping pro-Russian forces?
Security expert Serhiy Shabovta said in a commentary to UNN that the Duma, after coming to ARMA , has not changed anything in the agency's work. Moreover, he is convinced that ARMA is a criminal organization created for a corrupt state.
It is possible that Duma gained such a professional approach to the sale of the grandiose assets of pro-Russian oligarchs in her previous job. After all, before joining the ARMA, she, according to media reports, was quite successful in selling acrylic bathtubs, and therefore knows exactly how to manage and sell property.
