The Deposit Guarantee Fund has completed the liquidation of Arkada Bank, which had its license revoked by the NBU in 2020. A record of the bank's termination as a legal entity was made in the Unified State Register.
The Deposit Guarantee Fund has completed the liquidation of Arkada Bank, which in 2020 was ordered by the National Bank of Ukraine to revoke its license and begin liquidation.

Details
According to the Deposit Guarantee Fund, the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations contains a record of the state registration of the termination of JSC Bank Arkada as a legal entity, and, therefore, the liquidation of the bank is considered complete and the bank itself is considered liquidated.
Recall
In September 2020, the National Bank of Ukraine decided to revoke the license and start liquidation of JSCB Arkada.
Prior to that, in 2020, the president of Arkada Bank was notified of suspicion of misappropriation of funds from the funds for financing the construction of residential complexes.
In April 2021, the Holosiivskyi District Court of Kyiv granted the motion of the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office and seized property rights to real estate - the head office of Arkada Bank located at 3A Olhynska Street, Kyiv and a 0.5283 ha land plot at the same address “with a ban on alienation and disposal of it and property rights to it”.
