The Prosecutor General's Office has sent an indictment to court against an occupier from the Tyumen region. The Russian is accused of kidnapping and raping a minor girl.
The Prosecutor General's Office has completed the pre-trial investigation and sent an indictment to the court against an employee of the mobile special purpose unit of the Russian Guard from the Tyumen region of the Russian Federation. This was reported by the Prosecutor General's Office, according to UNN.
Details
According to the investigation, the man is accused of cruel treatment of the civilian population, including physical violence and rape of a minor girl under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The investigation established that in November 2022, units of the Russian military, together with Russian Guard fighters, occupied one of the settlements in the Mykolaiv region.
At the beginning of that month, one of the Russian servicemen, threatening with a weapon, forcibly put two underage girls into a car and brought them to an apartment where other Russian servicemen were present.
Later, the accused entered the premises. According to the investigation, he was left alone with one of the girls, subjected her to physical violence, and raped her.
