The calm before the storm: Yevlash names possible reasons for the absence of drone attacks
Kyiv • UNN
Drone attacks on peaceful cities in Ukraine have been on hold for several days, but this could be a lull before preparations for a massive attack or monitoring of Ukraine's countermeasures, said Ilya Evlash, spokesman for the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Over the past few days, russians have been using UAVs and cruise missiles to attack peaceful cities, but for several days in a row, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have not seen any attacks by Shahed drones. Air Force spokesman Ilya Yevlash spoke about the possible reasons for this during a telethon, UNN reports.
The day before, we saw that the enemy was mostly using UAVs and cruise missiles, but now we have not seen any UAV strikes for several days in a row. This may be due to various reasons, but we will find out later. It may be a lull before preparations for some massive attack, or perhaps they are just monitoring what steps we will take
