The Cabinet of Ministers has allocated almost UAH 24 million for the overhaul of the Chernihiv Central District Hospital's outpatient clinic to restore the medical infrastructure damaged by the enemy.
The Cabinet of Ministers has supported the allocation of almost UAH 24 million for the overhaul of the Chernihiv Central District Hospital's polyclinic. This was stated by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal during a government meeting, UNN reports .
The enemy is destroying medical infrastructure. Almost 1,800 medical facilities have been destroyed or damaged: hospitals, outpatient clinics, polyclinics, and maternity hospitals. Together with our partners, we have rebuilt 512 facilities and partially restored another 358. The work is ongoing. In particular, today the Government has decided to allocate UAH 24 million for the overhaul of the polyclinic of the Chernihiv Central District Hospital,

He also noted that the meeting adopted a resolution recognizing medical vehicles provided by partners as humanitarian aid, which will be imported on a declarative basis.

According to Taras Melnychuk, the government's representative in the Verkhovna Rada, the government has adopted a resolution that provides that vehicles imported into Ukraine for the needs of state and municipal health care facilities are recognized as humanitarian aid on a declarative basis.
Such cars must have the following characteristics: engine capacity of no more than 2 thousand cubic centimeters; cars with an engine capacity of no more than 4.2 thousand cubic centimeters for the needs of emergency medical care and disaster medicine centers.
Plug-in hybrid and electric cars, the cost of which does not exceed 190 times the minimum wage.
Melnychuk also clarified that the Cabinet of Ministers has allocated UAH 23 million 648,822 thousand to the Chernihiv Central District Hospital.
