Kyiv • UNN
The government approved funding for the second phase of the online monitoring system. Digital projects will undergo transparent selection and ranking through the DREAM system.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved a resolution that allows allocating funds for the development of the second stage of the State Online Monitoring System. This was reported by UNN with reference to the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.
Details
The ministry explained that soon all digital projects for which budget funds are allocated within the National Informatization Program will be checked through the DREAM system.
Instead of closed fund allocation, the state is moving to open ranking, as in top investment companies
The project selection process will take place transparently through the DREAM system in the following stages:
- Announcement of selection;
- Submission of applications electronically through DREAM;
- Evaluation of projects for compliance with requirements;
- Verification by a specialized commission;
- Formation of a transparent rating;
- Final approval by the Government of the list for
financing.
Thanks to the new rules, the state will invest only in those services that will bring real benefits to Ukrainians and fight corruption. For example, PlayCity will be able to submit an application through DREAM and start developing the second stage of the DSOM, which will help bring the gambling industry out of the shadows.
Recall
