Details
The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has begun to consider how DVL Telecom could gain control over other companies such as Lifecell, Global Billi and Ukrtower.
When considering applications for DVL Telecom's acquisition of control over the LifeSell Group, it became necessary to check the actions of the LifeSell Group and Turkcell Group, as certain individuals in them were subject to sanctions.
In the course of consideration of applications for acquisition of control over LLC Lifesell and LLC Uktauer by DVL Telecom, grounds for prohibition of these transactions were identified.
In addition, the Antimonopoly Committee explained that it could not grant DVL Telecom a separate permit for the acquisition of Global Bilgi LLC, as all applications for the acquisition of Lifecell LLC, Ukrtower LLC and Global Bilgi LLC constitute a single transaction.
