Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said that almost all summonses through the Oberig register are sent to people without official employment. Only 2% of the summonses over the past two months have been issued to working citizens.

98% of the summonses sent out through the Oberig register are sent to people who do not pay taxes and are not registered anywhere. This is the basis of the "fight or work" principle. This was stated by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal during the Kyiv International Economic Forum, according to a correspondent of UNN.

This principle  ("fight or work" - ed.) has already been implemented. As of today, 98% of the summonses sent out through the Oberig register are sent to people who do not pay a single hryvnia in taxes and are not registered anywhere. Priority in mobilization today is given to people who are not working, the unemployed. Accordingly, the basis of this principle has already been implemented

- Shmygal said.

He stated that only 2% of the summonses were sent to people who were working in the last two months.

Addendum

Shmyhal previously reported that Ukraine is introducing the "fight or work" principle , which involves the introduction of a number of measures that will bring the labor market out of the shadows.
